Orbit Training Center, a leading provider of professional development and training programs, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to generate leads for our training programs.

Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.

Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective follow-up and closing strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

Collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless enrollment and program success for clients.

Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
